Her passion is infectious and admirable

Yoani's been in the news a lot lately and Miami newspapers and websites have been burning up with practically daily accounts of her whirlwind travels.That's Cuban blogger Yoani Sanchez, Cuba's rebel journalist who received a rousing welcome in New York where she spoke at Columbia University; united both Democrats and Republicans in Washington and will certainly cause a stir when she comes to Miami's Freedom Tower on April 1. I'm seriously considering going and hearing her speak.I'm fascinated by her courage, passion and smarts and her fellow journalists are equally impressed. Her eloquence when delivering her messages, be it through her blog or at speaking engagements is undeniable. She's a blogger with substance and a true champion for Freedom of the Press. Here in Miami we're documenting her every move, waiting with anticipation for her arrival here in less than a month. Also, because it's amazing what she's accomplished and the message she still dares to put out for the world to read.I'll keep reading her blog and following her travels until she returns to Cuba and support her efforts in any way I can.After all, Yoani only wants one thing...una Cuba Libre!
