Charles St. debuts at Boulan South Beach

Uber modern digsStep into this 70-seat modern bistro, be it stumbling in for late-night snacks after a night of partying or to keep the party going.Charles St., inside the Boulan South Beach Hotel fits the bill either way. The bright white interior with communal-like marble-top tables and a dark wooden bar are great for clubgoing groups or for staring longingly into your date’s eyes (respectively).   Dig into late night menu sliders like the drippy, two-egg, chorizo, bell pepper and shrimp combo or stumble in for the massive 10 oz. ribeye steak and eggs (sure to cure that hangover). For dinner an elevated chicken pot pie with sherry cream and black truffle or Guiness battered oyster beignets with caviar are just decadent enough. Finish it with a pistachio crème brulee.Secret signature drinks are hush, hush but sure to be potent. We’re putting in our reservation now, save us a table or a couple of stools.CHARLES ST.CHARLESSTMIAMI.COM 2000 COLLINS AVE., MIAMI BEACH(305) 763-8983Parking: Street, nearby garage, valetScene: SoBe pre- or post-clubgoersBest Bets: Oyster beignets; chorizo-egg sliders; pistachio crème bruleeHot seat: At the bar with a date (or with a buddy to score a date)Nearby: Crumb on Parchment at the Webster; Shore Club; The Setai
