Events at The Wolfsonian-FIUAside from being in a very cool historic building on South Beach, you can spend Friday night doing one of two things at The Wolfsonian-FIU. Either sketch in the galleries starting at 7 p.m. and don't worry, all skill levels are welcome or, at 6:30 p.m. watch Federico Fellini's film 8 1/2, the 1963 Best Foreign Film Oscar winning autobiographic film about filmmaking. Brewery eventsYes, there's more to do at our local breweries than drink beer, although of course you'll be doing that regardless. Easter Sunday at a brewery? Hey, with bottomless Mimosas for $10 and $1 Kaptain's Klosch or Rosé at Biscayne Bay Brewing, it might be something to consider. The specials runs from 12-5 p.m. Or, if you're already headed to the ballpark this weekend to watch the Fish take on the Cubs, stop in to Nightlife Brewing Co. in the Marlins Home Run Parking Garage where they've got the visiting team's craft bee for $8 and their home brew for $7. Youth FairThere are some great deals all around the Youth Fair, this year more than ever, especially admission. Almost every day there's some kind of discounted admission, especially if you come before 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday OR save and bring in the wrapper from your two-liter or 20 oz. bottle of Coke. That gets you in for $7 instead of $12. The Youth Fair runs until April 7 so you've got a few weeks left to enjoy the fun. She was percussionist and singer for The George Duke Band and daughter of percussionist Pete Escovedo. Shake your money maker while you watch her beat the drums Friday at 6 p.m. at Palm Court in the Miami Design District as part of their weekly free music series. If you're done with happy hour, dinner and a movie is yawn and the club scene's got you wanting to stay home, how about an Arcade/VR adventure.
