Le Petit Bistrot is new addition to Lincoln Eatery

Luckily, owners Marilyn and Emmanuel Arrebot of Le Petit Bistrot had so much success with their first, smaller concept at Lincoln Eatery, they decided to open at a larger spot in the Miami Beach food hall.

At Le Petit Bistrot, they’ve created a menu focusing on specialties from Paris and the South of France.

The Arrebots are making…

Onion soup gratinee (French onion soup) where the French bread topped with melted cheese is set on top of the soup instead of nestled at the bottom. It adds a nice crisp element to the rich, onion-filled broth.

Spinach and cheese quiche

Quiches with choice of Lorraine with ham and cheese or spinach and cheese. Light and fluffy, either one will please any quiche lover. A nice green salad, lightly tossed in a vinaigrette dressing complements the dish.

A tasty bowl full of steamed mussels in white wine, garlic and parsley is served with crispy fries. The mussels are on the smaller side because those are typical of the region.

Poulet Basquaise, chicken breast marinated with tomato, sweet pepper, white wine, prosciutto and onions served with rice. Simple ingredients that come together with the juicy, tender chicken.

Napoleon featuring layer upon layer of flaky French pastry and vanilla pastry cream topped with powdered sugar glaze, swirls of chocolate sugar glaze and a delicate piece of chocolate. It all sits atop a plate with a swirl of more chocolate glaze. Feel free to share with someone…or not.

The authentic menu here will surely transport you to a French bistro, all while you sit in this food hall nestled just off Lincoln Road.
