Steak Brasil Churrascaria in Downtown has the meats and more

The Executive Lunch is a bargain at Steak Brasil Churrascaria, an elegant restaurant in Downtown Miami just diagonal to the Miami Tower. I mention Miami Tower because if you go to Steak Brasil for lunch, your parking in the Miami Tower is deeply discounted. But on to more important things, the wonderful lunch deal and the never-ending meat fest that is Brazilian rodizio that they offer here. They've got both for you, depending on how hungry you are.For the rodizio ($21.99 at lunch), you'll receive a two-sided chip that's placed on your table. Keep it on the green side to experience unlimited rotisserie grilled meats including beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage. The huge skewer they bring to your table is as impressive as the meat itself. When you've had enough (or need a break) flip it to red.If you prefer a set meal for lunch then opt for the executive lunch where you can choose from picanha steak ($15.99), chicken ($14.99), salmon ($16.99) or vegetarian ($13.99) which includes only the salad bar and various hot options that come with the other three choices. At the salad bar aside from salads of course, there are a variety of cheeses, traditional Brazilian breads and fresh vegetables. On the hot side there are soups like black bean or carrot/chicken, a traditional feijoada stew or their polenta and white rice which is an excellent accompaniment to the stew. These are the options available when I dined but they rotate regularly. There's no denying that the executive lunch is a great deal. They're also open for dinner where the prices are a bit higher.Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Steak Brasil Churrascaria. The service was great and the atmosphere is surprisingly elegant for the hustle and bustle of Downtown Miami. It's almost a complete getaway from the busy streets you encounter right outside their doors.190 SE 1 Ave., Miami (305) 415-2006 http://www.steakbrasil.com/
