This hip restaurant in South Miami is all the rage and their four-course prix fixe Valentine's menu features some of their most popular dishes. $60 per person includes scallop vermicelli noodles for a starter and then choices like Lap Xuong and gouda beignets or scallop and shrimp Siu Mai, rotisserie style roasted duck or black garlic rubbed chargrilled tenderloin and for dessert five spice sponge cake or strawberry and kewpie pound cake.

Their "All You Need is Love" menu includes four courses of shareable plates including caviar, whole stuffed Maine lobster, agnolotti with black truffle and vanilla raspberry rosewater sorbet for dessert for $75 per person.

The $85 per person tasting menu includes cauliflower soup, yellowfin tuna crudo, agnolotti de taleggio, seared dayboat scallops and a selection of desserts (the popular grapefruit girve is one of them).

Diplomat Prime

In Hollywood's Diplomat Beach Resort, the five-course menu is $179 per person and includes foie gras French toast, choice of Wagyu filet, lobster surf & turf or half-roasted free range chicken and pink champagne sorbet.

Fiola

One of the newest additions to the already bustling Coral Gables restaurant scene, here they're offering a four-course tasting menu at $150 per person. Start with either a trio of oysters topped with caviar or the wild Maine diver sea scallop crudo followed by either lobster ravioli or egg yolk tagliatelle topped with black truffles. Fancy duck breast or venison loin are the entree choices and for dessert a bacardi rum cake or vanilla-guava pavlova.
