Bristol's Burgers serves up juicy perfection

The view of the Intracoastal can't be beat at Bristol's Burgers at Diplomat Landing, the entertainment and dining complex across from the Diplomat Resort & Spa, and neither can the burgers. This new (and huge) restaurant is serving up juicy burgers with their special sauce and some great sides and appetizers too.Discovering this new spot was a delight and tasting their delicious, juicy burgers was the icing on the cake. My best friend and I however, started off with the mac n cheese tots. What a surprise when they arrived at the table and were more than double the size of a regular tater tot. They were fluffy and filled with cheesy goodness along with ranch dressing and ketchup for dipping. There were so many to the order I took some home.For the main dish, I decided to build my own burger, always a nice option at a burger joint so you can get your patty exactly the way you like it. For me, that's grilled onions and mushrooms and swiss cheese, which is exactly what I ordered. My best friend who accompanied me on my new discovery, ordered the Bristol's Burger, their signature patty topped with homemade cheddar cheese whiz, lettuce, pickles and Louis sauce. That sauce is quite tasty but all I can tell you is that it's a take on the classic Louis sauce -- a blend of mayo, red chili sauce, minced green onions and minced green chili peppers -- because their version is a secret only the chef knows.And to wash down the burger, my friend had a thick, rich, creamy chocolate shake while I opted for a Samuel Adams draft beer.It was a memorable that left us both fully satisfied so, I'm here to to tell you, if you're in Hollywood and the mood for a burger you can enjoy while admiring the gorgeous waterfront view, head to Bristol's.Bristol's Burgers, 3460 S.
