Her pass... sion is creating masterpieces for her customers for any occasion imaginable.She spent many years in New York honing her skills in cake baking and decorating, eventually came to Miami and perfected them at Publix until she decided to finally open her own shop. She also regularly attends cake decorating classes to learn and perfect new techniques.Aside from custom and made fresh to order cakes, the taste of course is of ultimate importance so she makes sure to ask her mostly Latin American customers how they like their cake. Some like them slightly moist inside while others prefer them quite wet. Each region has different tastes it seems and she’s able to please everyone.She also does catering and offers plenty of Dominican savory favorites like yuca or meat pastries and the traditional quipes which are similar to Middle Eastern kibbe and are all perfect party food.
