And at Vida it’s a casual Thanksgiving buffet with salads, blade sushi and raw bar, charcuterie, cheeses, rotisserie, sides, wood stone pizzas, plus a variety of desserts and pastries. Try out the Bell and Evans fresh turkey leg roulade or the Fresh Bell and Evans citrus- and vanilla-marinated sous vide turkey breast or those two with the addition of BBQ braised certified Angus Prime short ribs. The turkey dinners come with a variety of traditional Thanksgiving sides. He’ll be putting his trademark of an inspired menu together for Thanksgiving. The choices are way too many to mention, but they’ll have a salad station, raw bar, sushi and dim sum stations, carving and dessert stations, and kids’ favorites like mac and cheese and chicken fingers. Swirl pumpkin cheesecake with caramelized ginger dessert completes the meal. The three-course meal is being served from noon to 8 p.m. and costs $39.99 for adults and $23 for kids 12 and under.Bristol’s and Diplomat Prime at Diplomat Beach Resort are offering two very different choices. Bristol’s is keeping it simple with a Thanksgiving turkey burger with Brussels sprouts slaw, butternut squash mayo, cranberry-ginger relish accompanied by a pumpkin pie milkshake. At Diplomat Prime, they have two choices. There’s a Thanksgiving Dinner Plate with turkey breast, leg and thigh confit, whipped potatoes, Brussels sprouts, cranberry-orange compote and smoked giblet gravy.
