Problem is, finding Flamma Brazilian Steakhouse Churrascaria is tough but seeking it out is worth the premier dining experience that awaits anyone who enters through the doors.The traditional Brazilian rodizio that’s passed around regularly features a mouth-watering selection of meats including filet mignon, beef and pork ribs, rib eye and flank steak, lamb chops, sirloin, top sirloin, leg of lamb, sausage and for non-meat eaters chicken and salmon are also served. Servers know when to stop at each table thanks to a chip that’s given to each diner with a red side for “stop” and a green side for “go!”The perfect accompaniment to the rodizio is the “flavor bar” which is set up like a salad bar but offers so much more, sides including fish moqueca, shrimp bobo and farofa. Finish the meal with half a fresh coconut stuffed with fresh berries and creamy custard.
